Our management firm, Skylimit Management, is on the lookout for a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant with a warm, personal manner in our North Hills office. Once hired, the person will be expected to answer all general queries via the phone, email and fax. If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, look no further!
- Manage the Three Rivers Transportation phone system by answering and dispatching calls accordingly
- Assist with sending out and confirming scheduling
- Manages physical and digital filing system
- Performs other clerical duties like copying and scanning etc. as requested
- Available 12PM - 5PM Monday through Friday
- Preferred Receptionist, Administrative Assistant or similar position experience
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience working with MS Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player
